Company Founders
Frank Donovan - Owner
Frank served in the US Navy from 1978 until 1981, when he was Honorably Discharged. He then pursued his dream of becoming a Commercial Diver, working in the Gulf of Mexico region for over 25 years.
During this time, he gained experience in Logistics for both Inland and Offshore operations. In 2015, he founded Quality Dispatching Services, a company that provides logistics solutions for Trucking Owner Operators in the Transportation Industry.
Deborah Donovan - Dispatcher
Deborah was born and raised in New Iberia, LA, where she married Frank in 1982. She became self-reliant as Frank’s work in the Gulf of Mexico required him to be away for weeks at a time. She also handled the logistics of moving equipment and supplies for diving projects. That experience and skill has enabled her to become proficient at Dispatching for Owner Operators in the Trucking Industry.
Alexis Floris - Accounting
Alexis graduated from high school in Scott, LA in 2020 and quickly joined a local grocery store, where she became a manager. Her father’s work as a “Heavy Haul” Truck Driver exposed her to the everyday challenges of the Trucking Industry. Alexis assists Quality Dispatching with Accounting and Advisory tasks.
